Notes:
Online Concierge shopping consultations can be reserved for times between 11:00 and 18:00 daily.
The duration of shopping consultations is 40 minutes for each customer. Since this service is provided by reservation only, the duration cannot be extended.
A consultation session will be cancelled automatically if the consultation page is not accessed within 10 minutes after the reserved time.
In the default settings for shopping consultations, the camera functions of customer devices can be turned OFF, in this way customers may choose whether the consultation staff can see them.
Reservations can be made, changed, or cancelled up until 18:00 on the day before the consultation date.
The audio and video of calls (video calls) are recorded to improve the quality of the service. Please note that use of this service constitutes your agreement to this term.
